The absolute best book. Literally goes through the basis of most therapist meetings. A great way to recap your days, see progress, and express yourself. Amazing quality! Already had many people buy as well I loved it so much.

I love this little journal! I keep it with me everywhere I go and it helps a lot! Makes you stop and think about why you're thinking about something and makes you rethink why you feel bad about it. Definitely worth it!
