It had been over 6 months since I started to stay at home 24/7 due to the pandemic. I thought I was doing well but I was not. Then, I met this journal. I had a journal already but this one “guided” me to think through what happened, how I feel, and how to move forward. It may be less interactive than chatting with a friend but you can track your anxiety and thoughts written concisely over the time. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a help to regain confidence.

New to journaling, inspired by both my sister and closest friend, the Worry For Nothing journal is refreshing - it reframes my thoughts and allows me to look past all the noise - I am more aware of the evil tricks my own brain can play and can check in whenever, where ever (literally, the discrete look will never leave you feeling self-conscious carrying it around or leaving it out!).
